Twitter is a big part of the
seen, as you will find out it is getting integrated into
websites, facebook, and many social networking sites.
You have a ‘tweet this application’ practically everywhere now.

So I thought I would spend some time giving a brief over view
of web2.0 and hopefully you will be fully up to speed
if you know all about it then just consider the information a
reminder to start exploring some of the sites and uses
of web2.0.

So here’s a quick summary:

Web 2.0 is designed to be viral and sharable, all the content
can be mass distributed using various types of sites,
facebook was the first real platform to explode his phenomenon.

Social Networking and social bookmarking sites alike both work to promote a
community-type look and feel.

While the intent of social networking sites is more to create
communities of like-minded people, social bookmarking sites
concentrate more on increasing the popularity of common Internet bookmarks
or favorites. You can tell the whole world what your passions
are, and increase the page rank to your favorite sites, by placing tags
on them and listing them in social bookmarking networks.
